Why it’s paid
Demos and discovery are free. Operating access is paid: a real commitment validates that the problem is real and the value is business-critical, and keeps the program focused on teams that will actually use it.

If the fit is confirmed: early and operating access, with regular checkpoints and reserved terms.
Success criteria (examples)
Agreed with each partner, never promised. For example:
- Detected errors blocked before go-live.
- Faster onboarding of a new client’s data.
- Less rework per campaign.
- Real adoption of the workflow by the team.
These are examples of what a partner might measure, not guarantees of outcome.
